The quickest and most efficient way to register for the Art Glass and Bead Show is to register online. Your electronic receipt is your registration confirmation. It contains all of the important details that will help you locate your classes at the show. Please save your receipt on a mobile device or print a copy for your records. 


It is not necessary to purchase an admission ticket if you are only taking classes. The admission ticket is the entrance fee into the exhibit hall to shop. Class and Special Event tickets are sold separately.


The sales floor is NOT open on Friday.

Shopping hours are Saturday, 10-5pm and Sunday 10-4pm


You may register as many times as you'd like online.


When you arrive at the show, it is not necessary to check in for classes. You may report directly to the classroom listed on your receipt. 


Pick up your admission tickets and Make-n-Take tickets at the main ticket window when you arrive at the show.


No seats are saved until payment is received. 

That means, if you do not complete the payment process, your seats will not be saved. If you are mailing a check, submit your classes online, and then print and mail a copy of the shopping cart contents. Your seats will be saved when we receive payment.


No Refunds on advance ticket sales... no matter how many times you ask.


If you are registering for a friend or for a group of people, please include their names so we can insure that the correct name is on the class roster or name badge. It will help eliminate any confusion when we distribute name badges.
